1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CineGrok, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Founding Member Subscriptions

Founding Member rates (₹99/month or ₹799/year) are exclusive to the first 100 members. Upon cancellation of a Founding Member subscription, the user permanently forfeits eligibility for this rate. Any subsequent re-subscription will be billed at the then-current Standard Premiere rate.

3. Payments and Billing

All financial transactions are handled by our payment processor, Razorpay. By making a payment on CineGrok, you are bound by Razorpay's Terms and Conditions.

4. Content and IP

You retain all rights to the filmmaker content you upload. By posting on CineGrok, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content to provide our services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate industry standards or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
